At the Federal level,President Tinubu has trusted women with more sensitive positions.
Here in Plateau State,the leader of The Time Is Now Administration, His Excellency
Barr Caleb Mutfwang has as his Deputy a female.
He has equally given women more cabinet positions, permanent secretaries and chief executives of government boards and parastatals.
Voting Ayukwu Pwaspo as chairman, NUJ Plateau State will make history as the first female chairman of the NUJ in Plateau State in the about 50 years of the Union.
At the first election on Friday 8 Sept. She had equal votes with her male contestant.
There will be a rerun on Thursday 14 September.
Women dominate and are the face of modern journalism and Ayukwu is not about GENDER but her transformative Agenda.
With Ayukwu Pwaspo as chairman, Plateau NUJ,the sky is the starting point.
