…… As court order Ogazi to pay N300,000 to Balarabe, N100,000, others

The Federal High Court Sitting in Lafia, Nasarawa State has dismissed case filed by Hon. Daniel Ogah Ogazi and others against Speaker Nasarawa state House of Assembly Hon Spe Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi and others.

In her ruling, Justice Nehizena Idemudia Afolabi, has awarded cost of N300, 000 to Speaker Balarabe as well as N100, 000, Each to other sets of respondents that put in appearances the case for dragging them to Court and waisted their time.

Our correspondent reports that Hon Ogazi led faction has dragged Balarabe others to FHC Court Lafia, over assembly leadership crisis .

” With the judgement the case filed before the federal high court by Ogazi faction challenging, Balarabe as speaker of Nasarawa state House of assembly and other lawmakers has put to rest.
