March 18 Lafia Central lawmaker appeals for violence free exercises, urged constituents to voter him, Gov. Sule

Few days to Governorship and House of Assembly elections, Member Representing Lafia Central Constituency and APC, flag bearer, Hon. Abdullahi Angibi has appealed to people of his constituency to embrace idea of playing politics without bitterness during and after the elections.

He made the appealed in an exclusive interview with our correspondent in Lafia, administrative seat of Nasarawa State.

He also caution them against religious, ethnicity and sectionalism politics, Just as he said such will only set the state and Lafia central constituency back instead of  meaningful development

Hon. Angibi who uses the medium to bagged youth not to allow themselves to use as tools of breaching peace and unity the state are been experiencing since under the watch of, governor Sule.

” One thing that I cherished was that the state governor, Abdullahi Sule and myself were the advocate of peace, unity and tranquility of our people.

The lawmaker reiterated that his cardinal point was to ensure peaceful coexistence remained the watch word of his constituents for more developmental achievements.

” Reelecting Governor Abdullahi Sule and Hon. Abdullahi Angibi will not only be continuity but sustained the existing peace and normalcy above all bring people closed to dividend of democracy. He added.

On speculations making round that he his in talk with opponent with a view to back out from the race and pave way for a new hand, Hon. Angibi dismissed the allegations described it as baseless lack substance.’ I am still in the race.

” I’m the incumbent member representing the good people of Lafia central and a performing lawmaker why should I step aside for an opponent rather they should see a reason and support my reelection bid.

While enumerate some of his achievements within his four years in the lawmaking business include payment of Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB), examinations for more than four thousand students who are now study in various institutions across the country, over fifty boreholes, renovation of schools and above training and retraining of youth and women in different skills acquisition Program.

” Since assumption of office as member I introduced skills acquisition programs for the youth and women in my constituency the target was for them to become a self employed and employer of labor, “We have recorded some appreciable mark in that aspect. According to, Hon. Angibi.
